When you apply for membership in the Attachmate Business Partner Program, you (an individual) are applying on behalf of the business entity you list in the membership application as "Company".
To be eligible for participation in the Program, your Company:
- must be in the business of reselling or distributing information technology products or services to end-user organizations;
- must be interested in providing Attachmate products and/or services to those organizations;
- must be a business in good standing; and
- must not be a software company in direct competition with Attachmate.
Eligibility for special programs, promotions, or services offered under the Program may be based on more specific criteria (including, but not limited to, product lines, technical training, expected sales volumes, staffing, etc.). Eligibility requirements for these special programs will be established separate from eligibility for general Member status in the Program.
