Each June the NECCF hosts a Vendor Exposition which provides an excellent showcase for software, hardware, and service providers to target area Contact Center professionals. Over 200 contact center professionals, including purchase decision makers are expected to attend.
The NECCF is dedicated to providing resources and networking opportunities for Contact Center Professionals. Therefore, participation is limited to professionals directly involved in the management or support of contact centers. As a result, vendor representative participation is limited. Founded in 2001 by local contact center executives as a grass roots organization, the NECCF is dedicated to addressing the needs of industry professionals by facilitating networking and best practice sharing opportunities at quarterly events.
