SEATTLE, October 17, 2007 – Attachmate Corporation today announced that its Reflection® for IBM® 2007 solution dramatically outperformed competitors’ terminal emulation offerings in third-party tests conducted by The Tolly Group, an independent testing and strategic consulting organization. After a rigorous testing process, which evaluated Attachmate® Reflection for IBM 2007 against IBM’s Personal Communication 5.9.1 (PCOM) and NetManage RUMBA 7.5.0, The Tolly Group determined that Reflection for IBM 2007 delivers superior security, user productivity and Windows Vista-readiness compared to IBM PCOM and NetManage RUMBA.
In a separate announcement made today, Attachmate announced the general availability of Reflection for IBM 2007.
