During the first half of 2005, AttachmateWRQ has completed two acquisitions and has successfully merged two market leaders into an even stronger, highly focused and profitable company—AttachmateWRQ. The merger is expected to be completed within 60 days.

The location for the new company headquarters will be in Seattle, Washington, enabling us to capitalize on the strong local employee-base of both companies.
