Reflection Enterprise Suite 2008 combines the most advanced Windows- and browser-based terminal emulators into one powerful solution. Designed with all the flexibility you need to manage IT complexity, this suite supports Windows Vista, Windows XP, diverse security architectures, and virtualization technologies. What’s more, it is based on Microsoft .NET and integrated with VBA to give you complete customization freedom. You can even deploy one or both products to any user—casual, power, local, or remote—under a single license.

Product Components

Reflection Enterprise Suite 2008 includes two product components:

  • Reflection Standard Suite 2008—Terminal emulation software that connects Windows users to legacy applications on IBM, UNIX, and OpenVMS systems.

  • Reflection for the Web 2008 Standard Edition—Terminal emulation software that connects browser users to legacy applications on IBM, UNIX, and OpenVMS systems.

Upgrade Information for EXTRA! Mainframe Server Edition Users

Reflection Enterprise Suite 2008 combines the best features of EXTRA! Mainframe Server Edition (EMSE), Reflection, and Reflection for the Web into one multipurpose solution.

Reflection Standard Suite 2008 is the upgrade product for the EXTRA! X-treme component of EMSE. When you upgrade to Reflection Standard Suite 2008, the session files, macros, and API applications that you created with current versions of EXTRA! will continue to work as expected.

Reflection for the Web 2008 Standard Edition, Attachmate’s browser-based terminal emulation solution, is the upgrade product for the EXTRA! Terminal Viewers component of EMSE.
