Just when you thought terminal emulation had reached its peak, Attachmate raises the bar with Reflection 2007—our next-generation, built-for-Vista emulation solutions.

All Reflection 2007 products will combine the best emulation features of EXTRA!, Reflection, and INFOConnect into a single solution that is optimized for Microsoft Windows Vista and the 2007 Microsoft Office system. They will even incorporate the 2007 Office look and feel, known as the “ribbon” user interface.

Reflection 2007 lets you:

• Upgrade simply and seamlessly
  Whether you’re upgrading from EXTRA!, Reflection, or INFOConnect, your macros, keyboard maps, session files, and customizations will all work as expected in Reflection 2007.
  
  
• Support existing and emerging technologies
  In addition to Windows Vista and 2007 Office, Reflection 2007 will fully support Instant Search, User Account Control, LDAP Directory Services (including Microsoft Active Directory), Microsoft Group Policy, IPv6, Windows Terminal Server, Citrix MetaFrame, and Public Key Infrastructures (PKIs).
  
  
• Secure your valuable mainframe assets
  Priority #1: Securing your valuable mainframe assets every single time someone accesses legacy host data. Reflection 2007’s unmatched security options will include cryptographic modules that meet FIPS 140-2 and DoD Class 3 PKI requirements as well as robust support for SSL/TLS, SSH, Kerberos, and SOCKS security protocols.
  
  
• Improve user productivity
  In addition to the familiar “classic” interface, Reflection 2007 will support the new and more intuitive Office “ribbon” interface—allowing Reflection users or administrators to select the environment they prefer. Tightly integrated with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Reflection 2007 will also support Spell Check, Screen History, Auto Complete, Auto Expand, and Scratch Pad to drive user efficiency.

Current Attachmate Maintenance subscribers will receive the Vista-certified version of their product upon its release—at no extra charge.
