Running an older version of Attachmate software?

For the latest product fixes, enhancements, and security updates, we strongly recommend that you upgrade to the current release of Attachmate software as it become available. We devote the majority of our support resources to supporting current versions of Attachmate software, so the level of support decreases as product versions move through the Product Support Lifecycle phases.

If you need support for older versions while you plan your migration to the latest version, Attachmate offers the Extended Support Program (ESP). ESP enables maintained customers to buy interactive technical support and limited product defect support on Retired or Discontinued eligible product versions of EXTRA!, INFOConnect, and Reflection (see Covered Versions).

To purchase ESP, you must have a current Maintenance Plan on a Covered Version (or its successor product) and meet minimum license quantity requirements.
