Before installing or configuring Automated Sign-On for Mainframe, the following products and systems must be in place.

* If the mainframe does not support — or cannot be updated to — TLSv1.2, add this setting on the MSS server to enable TLSv1 or TLSv1.1:
In \MSSData\properties, open server.properties in a text editor.
Add this line to enable the TLS protocol versions. (Syntax matters. TLSv1.0 does not work.)
server.asm.protocols=TLSv1, TLSv1.1, TLSv1.2
Note: If the property is not specified or is empty, the default value is TLSv1.2.
Save the file.
