Record a macro
If you have been granted permission from your administrator, you can record macros to automate any series of host actions. Macros that were recorded by the administrator and associated with the current session are available to you from the Macro drop down list.
To record a macro:

Click the Macro icon on the toolbar, and then click Record New Macro.

Navigate the host application to record the series of steps you want included in the macro.

Click
on the toolbar to stop recording. The red dot pulses to indicate the recording is in process.

When prompted, type a name for the macro.
