From Microsoft Internet Explorer, the locally installed Reflection for Secure IT help pages run in the Internet Zone. This is because these pages include a "Mark of the Web" (<!-- saved from url=(0014)about:internet -->). Microsoft recommends use of this mark in application Help provided as HTML pages run from the local computer.
